Artistic Approach:

Amanda was born in North Wales and has lived in the Franklin District for 30+ years.  She is mainly a self-taught artist in watercolour and graphite. 
Amanda gains inspiration from nature and her own garden.  "I believe that accurate drawings are an intrinsic part of a successful botanical illustration, but it's the luminosity of watercolour that is the most rewarding.
