Artistic Approach:

My background in nursing has encouraged an eye for detail. My introduction to Botanical Art came from spotting a flier for a course in beginners Botanical art at a local store with Judy Derrick. After the first lesson, I was completely hooked!  I am predominantly self taught but have nearly completed a distance learning course in Botanical Illustration with Dianne Sutherland, plus a number of workshops with other artists.
