‘Pohutukawa Blossom’ wins People’s Choice Award

‘Pohutukawa Blossom’, a beautiful watercolour of Metrosideros excelsa by Flo Pirotais, was a worthy winner of the People’s Choice Award at our recent Floribunda exhibition.

Flo was delighted to receive the award, along with a generous Gordon Harris voucher. Her delicate and detailed painting captured the beauty of our iconic pōhutukawa and clearly struck a chord with visitors to the exhibition.

Congratulations, Flo, and thank you to everyone who took the time to view the exhibition and cast a vote for their favourite artwork. It was wonderful to see so much interest and enthusiasm for our members’ work.
